Oil Up Before Your Workout

Working out has been a habit for me for all of my life. I love the way I feel after I’m done. It doesn’t matter the type of exercise. Whether it be kickboxing, yoga, running, or lifting, the end result is the same. I feel accomplished and that happy, and these feelings last throughout the day.

As much as I enjoy exercise, there are some days that I just don’t feel overly enthusiastic about it. Blah! Blah! That is why I follow is pre-workout oil up before hitting the gym. These oils and supplements help me to get it done! Using these products leave me with those excuses like; I’m tired….my shoulder hurts…..my nose is stuffy. No more excuses!

Need Energy? There are a few things I do. First, I take 1-2 capsules of Mito2Max about 1 hour before I workout. Then, right before my workout, I place 1-2 drops of peppermint in my hands and rub together. Next, I cup my hands over my nose and mouth and inhale. This gives me that jolt of energy right before a workout.

Got Pain? I rub a small amount of Deep Blue Rub on the affected area. This soothes those aches and pains and it allows me to be my best. For more chronic pain, I recommend taking the Deep Blue Polyphenol Complex capsules also. Use as directed.

Trouble Breathing? In general, I tend to be stuffy most days. This can be very annoying when trying to workout. Breathing well is necessary if I want to get a great workout. I carry the Breathe Roller in my bag always. I roll it on my chest and throat prior to my workout. I also rub some in my hands and inhale from cupped hands. Another option is to roll it over the bridge of the nose. All these methods will help open the airway and get me breathing easy

Lacking Motivation? This is probably the area which prevents most individuals from going to the gym. Some days, I am just not in the mood to workout. On these days, I need a little motivation. Motivate is a roller bottle blend that will give you the motivation you need to get to the gym. Roll this blend on the back of your neck, wrists, and temples. You got this!!!

These are all must-haves in your gym bag. Be prepared each day to have an amazing workout!
