The Power of Peppermint

Peppermint is an oil that you don’t want to leave home without.

Every time I go out, it is inevitable that someone I am with gets a stomach ache, headache, or just feels beat from the long week. Don’t let these things ruin your night out! Peppermint is the oil that I always have on me at all times because of its many uses. 

Bad breathe? Put one drop in your mouth.

Headache? Place 1-2 drops on your forehead and massage into the skin. Within minutes, you will feel a tingling relief.

Stuffy nose? Place 1-2 drops in the palm of your hands and rub together. Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale. The will instantly clear your sinuses ad have you breathing easy.

Need some energy? Inhale right from the bottle or place 1-2 drops in the palm of your hands and inhale from cupped hands.

Upset stomach? Place 1-2 drops in water and drink.

Hot flashes or just feeling hot? Massage a few drops on the back of your neck and within seconds you will feel like a cool breeze just blew through.

Need help to fight cravings? Place 1 drop under your tongue before a meal or inhale from cupped hands.
